As Creative Director at Avintiv Media, I was tasked with strategizing, executing, and overseeing most of the agency's logo design, branding, web design, and marketing content design projects.
With past clients including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, and more, Avintiv has a reputation of delivering high quality work with a keen attention to detail. The agency was growing rapidly with new projects steadily flowing in, which is where my role as Creative Director was put to the test to ensure all deliverables exceeded the client's expectations.
As the agency continued to grow, so did the size of our team. I was tasked with playing a critical role in overseeing a rapidly growing team, ensuring we maintained the highest of quality standards amidst scaling the company into a more robust, matured digital agency. The opportunities and challenges I was presented with during my time as Creative Director at Avintiv Media enabled me to truly develop my leadership and management skills, giving me invaluable hands-on experience that is still proving invaluable to this day.
